Aurillo was the first fairy Angela made, it was bought by her daughter Alexa so that she will always be close by!
Why do we use bras?
In the UK we throw away over 300,000 tonnes of clothes a year which is approximately 11 million items per week ending up in landfill! Bras will be included in that figure as many charity shops do not accept underwear. Crafting with bras recycles them into new saleable items preventing the bra from going into landfill. The money from the sale of these items is then donated to breast cancer research and support charities.
Our fabulous fairy family
These are the first fairies made, they have all been sold. We will add new fairies to our shop as and when they become available, but please be patient as we can't make them fast enough, so if you are a crafter and can help us make these please get in touch!
Carolinah
Carolinah was the second fairy created and was named after two special ladies Carol & Linah.
Marina
We had a request for a red headed fairy so the lovely Marina was created.
